Lisa Atkins has been appointed as Knight Frank’s new Partner, Head of Asset Management Services, commencing 9 December.
KNIGHT FRANK has announced the appointment of a new Partner, Head of Asset Management Services with Lisa Atkins starting in the role from 9 December.
Lisa will replace Linda Rudd, who will leave Knight Frank later this month after eight years with the business to join fund manager Realside.
Lisa, who is based in Melbourne, will return to Knight Frank after a short time with Dexus. She started her career with Knight Frank in June 2013 holding a number of senior positions ranging from Director of the ISPT Portfolio to General Manager of the Rialto building in the Melbourne CBD.
With the change in ownership of Rialto earlier this year Lisa transitioned across to Dexus however will now return to Knight Frank to lead the business’s asset management team nationally.
Knight Frank Australia Partner and Chief Executive Officer Rod Leaver said Lisa’s appointment to this critical senior leadership role had been made due to her extensive experience in not only the property industry, but also at Knight Frank.

Ms Atkins said she was looking forward to resuming her career at Knight Frank.
