A sizeable development parcel with frontage to the Newell Highway will be auctioned this month through Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo.
One of Dubbo's most high profile sites is set to go under the hammer this month through Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo.
A large development parcel at 101-103 Erskine Street is to be sold on behalf of liquidators, representing an opportunity for investors to capitalise on a well-known location within the regional town.
Comprising a land area of 8,993 square metres, and a building area of 1,441 square metres, the site has 188 metres of frontage to the Newell Highway and is zoned RE2 Private Recreation.
Selling agent Andrew McDonald said there had already been strong interest in the land.
"It's been on the market for a couple of weeks now and we've had almost 20 enquiries," he said.

"The amount of highway frontage it comes with is probably the biggest attraction, along with the fact it is one of the busiest streets in Dubbo terms, in terms of vehicular traffic."
The address was previously home to the Dubbo Railway Bowling Club, with vacant greens and a car park among the existing improvements.
An auction for 101-103 Erskine Street will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 19 at the Quest Dubbo Conference Room.
